The tour guides are so knowledgeable and friendly, treating you like a personal friend. They are there to help you with everything even outside of the tour sites, translating for you at a shopping area or a small market trying to get food. They keep you away from the non authentic items and will help you shop anywhere. Our luggage was missing for four days from the airlines after we arrived. Abdul who helps you with everything after you arrive at the airport worked so hard to get our luggage from an un cooperative airline and got it delivered to us while we were in Luxor. Trip was fine, but some improvements are, for us, necessary in the future . Some examples: - In the program was included the Giza light show the first evening but unfortunately has been changed by a cruise dinner on Nile without any early communication; Nile cuise at the end was fine. - We did pay for a "8 days and 7 nights" tour program but last day (day of leaving Cairo) nothing has been proposed when in Cairo to visit downtown and cover the time before take the flight back booked by late afternoon Regarding assistance and guide during the entire trip, this was the best we could receive and we are really happy about all the people supported us. Nile Cruise was nice but too short (just few days), probably we could reach AbuSimbel Temple by cruise on Nasser Lake instead of 7 hours by car (shuttle)!!!! And also make some extra visit of Assuan sites even if the temperature was very high. Hotels were very good, unfortunately we had just few hours to enjoy them because the plan trip. At the very end we enjoyed the entire trip it has been amazing and ETP staff very good in supporting us, thank you really for all.
